MIT Project has added more sufficient technology 10 times efficient than the present bio-fuel derived from living organism. MIT Biologist discovered the secretes capable of making fuel cars these can be found in air or water called R. eutropha or apostrophe bacterium  it might be in the form of air bacteria or water bacteria that it can create isobutanol an alcohol that can replace or blend with gasoline used by vehicles.

Many of these projects identical to the used of microbes that makes the bio-fuels within their bodies,  killing the microbes to get the fuel out and this was so scientific craft as a matter of fact I am starting loose my head off. Anyways MIT's researched has gone so far and succeeded in making the bacteria spit gasoline out into the surrounding liquid medium for easy harvesting.

This natural bacteria is usually stores carbon by creating carbon polymers which is similar to petroleum based plastics. MIT Biologist and Researchers manage to remove several genes  while adding organism's genes so that the bacteria made isobutanol rather than the carbon polymer. MIT Researchers hoping that the genetically engineered bacteria could eventually transform carbon dioxide into fuel. This technology is a way of using greenhouse gas that contribute global warming. These hydrogen and carbon dioxide naturally use components exist from this bacteria.

This research of MIT has already finished but not the project their still leading the research and looking for someone to finance it. The research cost $1.8 million US dollars from ARPA-E  US Department Of Energy and still has to get out from the lab.
